FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)
Refunds or Replacements:
No refunds for personalized items unless it is our mistake. Buyer is responsible for proofreading personalized items. Buyer must pay for return shipping if doing an exchange for non-personalized items. No refunds for digital (non-physical) items.
Color Variations:
Actual product color may vary from the images shown. Every monitor or mobile display has a different capability to display colors, and every individual may see these colors differently. In addition, lighting conditions at the time the photo was taken can also affect an image's color.
Shipping & Processing:
Please note processing time and shipping time are two different timelines. Ovation Gift & Design aims to process (create and fulfill your order) in the stated time frame in each product listing. Once it is shipped (in possession of the shipping carrier- USPS, FedEx etc), the carrier has the package and controls delivery timing. USPS Priority mail and other shipping products have stated time ranges that they aim to deliver within. Delays occur and are not the fault of Ovation Gift & Design once in the hands of the shipping carrier. Ovation Gift and Design does not offer refunds for delayed packages due to carrier issues.
Proofs Policy:
Please check spelling, punctuation, grammar. No proofs will be provided unless explicitly stated in the product description. For personalized items buyer is responsible for entering information correctly when submitting the order and reviewing the order confirmation details when received via email. If buyer has corrections they must notify Ovation Gift and Design within 24 hours. Items that have been shipped cannot be changed, exchanged or refunded. If Ovation Gift and Design notices discrepancy or incomplete order information we will make two attempts over a 7 day period to contact the buyer. If no response in that 7 day period, the order will be canceled and refunded.
Care Instructions:
Wood Signs/Products:
If placing your wood product outside, it should in a covered location not exposed to direct sunlight or the elements as it will wear over time.
Sign may be cleaned with a wet wash cloth or towel. No chemical cleaners or products should be utilized as they are not necessary. Dusting is ok as well.
