2. Email your conversation to farrah@ovationgiftanddesign.com with your order number or attach it when ordering. 
3. Receive your digital proof within 24–48 hours — 2 revisions included
4. Approve, and your piece ships within 7 business days (3 with Rush)

What We Preserve

Written text messages — every word, exactly as sent. Names and dates on the nameplate. Emojis, GIFs, and reactions are not recreated in the physical piece. Photos shared within the thread aren't included — the photo upgrade adds your chosen photo separately.
